Processing Time

Subscription boxes are packed and shipped once per month. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of each billing cycle. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your box is on its way.

Free Shipping

Shipping is included with your subscription at no additional cost to you.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are shipped via major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days of shipment. While we do our best to ship on time, occasional delays may occur due to high volume, weather, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and will communicate any significant delays via email.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Midnight Oil Mail Club is not responsible for letters lost or stolen. If you believe your letter is missing, please contact us at teammeganchacalos@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.
